FIXING SYSTEM
The NEOCLIN system can be used for cladding, railings, screens, suspended or suspended ceilings, decorative interior walls, sunbreakers and privacy screens. It makes it easier to integrate wood into your projects, and ensures its durability through maximum wood ventilation.
The NEOCLIN fixing system
The principle of the NEOCLIN installation system is based on a metal rack in form of an omega, where decorative strips are fixed invisibly to the first flat of the omega and embedded in notches.
The second plate is used as a base for fixing to the various supports to be clad
(masonry wall, metal framework, metal tray, etc.).

Our metal racks is shaped suit to different types of structures or supports for each project
1 – Fixing plate for supports to be clad. Can be pre-drilled with oblong holes.
2 – Fixing plate for boards with non-visible fixings.
3 – Cogging for decorative strips or battens. These provide greater stability for the wooden battens and can be customised according to the choice of visible face (20 mm to 200 mm).
4 – The spacing between the slats can be customised with a minimum of 15mm.
5 – Rails powder-coated in standard RAL colours. Option 5 to guarantee protection in marine and chlorinated environments.
6 – Maximum rack length: 1200mm.
